Bentonville Schools recognizes that each child's education is a responsibility shared by the school and family throughout each child's educational career. To that end, we encourage involvement among our families in order to improve student achievement and success.

Visitor Check-In Procedures

We welcome families and guests at school. When arriving on school grounds, visitors must check in through the school office. To enter the school building, please ring the doorbell to the right of the main entrance to notify office personnel of your presence. An office staff member will be happy to answer your questions and assist you with your needs. Visitors are asked to present their valid state identification, which is scanned, and to wear the visitor badge given to them at check-in. Student visitors from other schools or school-age siblings of current students are not allowed because of the dual problems of space and class disruption; this includes the lunch hours.

We welcome parents, guardians, and grandparents to join their child/grandchild for lunch for special occasions. We have cafeteria seating reserved so you may enjoy lunch with your child/grandchild. If you are visiting for lunch, you may bring food for your child, but you are not permitted to share this food with other students due to food allergies and other precautionary measures.
